Problem

Data from the backend (NextGen) and the iFace dont match...

Solution

Perform the following checklist to help determining a solution

  •  Whilst in NextGen ensure a checkpoint has been created recently - This means the iFace has spoken to NextGen at that particular time.

 

 


  •  Press the Sync button whilst in Sentinel on the iFace. If it fails, check your comms status via the icon at the top of the screen.
  •  Delete the driver off the iFace and put them back on
  •  Perform a hard reboot (hold on/off button) down for 10 sec. until the device re-boots
