Data At times, data from the backend (NextGen) and the iFace dont tablet device may not match. This may happen as Sentinel can work without 3G comms.
When comms is restored, data is uploaded to NextGen.
Solution
Perform the following checklist to help determining determine a solution
- Whilst in NextGen ensure a checkpoint has been created recently - This means the iFace has spoken to NextGen at that particular time.

- Press the Sync button whilst in Sentinel on the iFace. If it fails, check your comms status via the icon at the top of the screen.
- Delete the driver off the iFace and put them back on
- Perform a hard reboot (hold on/off button) down for 10 sec. until the device re-boots
