The driver can't log into the iFace?

Problem


Driver is unable to log into the iFace for sentinel or compliance.

Solution

To resolve this issue please perform the following checklist:

  

  • Ensure the driver is set up correctly in NextGen (check driver’s license and ruleset)
  • When logging into the device, scroll down through the list of other drivers & ensure that the driver's name is not hidden
  • Try logging the driver into another iFace
  • Delete the driver off the iFace and put them back on
  • Make sure the vehicle is within communications range of a 3G data tower
