Problem
Driver is unable to log into the iFace for sentinel or compliance.
Solution
To resolve this issue please perform the following checklist:
- Ensure the driver is set up correctly in NextGen (check driver’s license, Sentinel subscription etc)
- When logging in, scroll down the lists of other drivers & ensure the drivers name is not hidden
- Is the iFace connected to the IVU via bluetooth (2 x bluetooth symbols, IVU has the sim card in most cases)
- Try logging the driver into another iFace
- Delete the driver off the iFace and put them back on
- Make sure the vehicle is within communications range of a 3G Telstra data tower
- When logging in, scroll down the lists of driver to ensure the drivers name is not hidden
