Problem
I'm receiving text message andsms/or email alerts, however they are not showing on the dashboard in NextGen.
Solution
You will need to click on the checkbox check box relevant to the vehicle and message you want sent.
Alerts created before this action will not show.
Go to How to set up your alerts article which you which show you how to setup your Alerts.
