Reasons
why If your vehicle is not tracking...
Solution
Their are many possible reasons why your vehicle is not tracking or showing live data.
Please appearing in Tracking or generating live data (for example, Last Contact is not up-to-date), please use the below checklist to help determine why.
- Vehicle has been created and the correct hardware properly is assigned - Check out How to create a vehicle
- Vehicle is not in not is an area with poor Telstra 3G DatacoverageData coverage. Check out the Telstra Coverage Map
*Please note that when a vehicle comes back into range, it may take a while for the data to be uploaded.update - Vehicle is not parked up, isolated, or underneath cover. This may hinder GPS and battery connection to devices.
- You don't have a tracking package have Tracking services and fees associated with this vehicle (the vehicle wont does not show in trackingTracking, but if created will show in admin>vehiclesit may appear in Admin > Vehicles)
If all boxes are ticked, please contact Customer Service to create a trouble ticket outlining and include the following details:
- Vehicle Registration
- Device id ID (IVU TTD number or iFace IMEI)
A service member will investigate to determine a solution & If the device can be fixed remotely, you will be advised by the customer service representative and the ticket will be closed.If a . If an on-site maintenance is required, parts will be sent to an Authorised Technician who will contact you as soon as the job is received. Once maintenance is completed the ticket will be closed.
If you need to follow up on your issue please quote your ticket number (ie TT 12050) to Customer Service.
