How do I download the app?

The app is available on the Google Play Store and can be found HERE.


How big is the app?

The current release version 1.0.3 is 3.9 MB.


What is the minimum android version I need on my phone?

Android firmware version 4.4 and up.


Does the app have the same functionality as my web browser?

At the moment the app does not have all features found in your web-browser. Enhancements will be periodically released upon future updates.


Can I use the app on my iPhone?

NextGen Mobile is currently available as an Open Beta and operates on Android Smartphones. Support for Apple IOS is currently in development. 


How do I track my vehicle?

From the Fleets screen, tap on the desired vehicle and it will be shown on the maps screen. From here you can call or message the driver, or play a Quick Replay.


How do I reset my password?

Resetting your password can only be completed via the web-browser version of NextGen. Please tap HERE to change your password.

 

Can I order new equipment with the app?

New orders must be placed with your Teletrac Navman Dealer or Transport Support Consultant.
