Data from the backend (NextGen) and the iFace dont match...
Solution
Perform the following checklist to help determining a solution
- Whilst in NextGen ensure a checkpoint has been created recently - This means the iFace has spoken to NextGen at that particular time.
- Press the Sync button whilst in Sentinel on the iFace. If it fails, check your communications status
- Delete the driver off the iFace and put them back on
- Perform a hard reboot (hold on/off button) down for 10 sec. until the device re-boots
