Problem

Driver is not getting messages sent to his iFace tablet

Solution

Possible reason behind this:

  • Driver does not have the iFace tablet turned on.
  • Driver is not logged into the iFace. Try sending the message to the vehicle - see How to create/send a message.
  • The vehicle is in a bad Telstra 3G Data area.
  • The iFace does not have 2 x Bluetooth symbols
