Problem

Sometimes the Device do not communicate with nextgen for a few weeks due to sim card not sending data to nextgen.

Solution


The issue is that the SIM card has dislodged itself and needs to be re-seated. To resolve this problem:
We need to turn the device off, un-clip the side panel, take the SIM card out, and pop it back in.
After removing and re-inserting the sim-card check if the issue still persist. if there is no issue then removing the sim card and re-inserting fixed the communication issue between the device and nextgen.
