iFace has stopped communicating with NextGen

Problem

If you have an iFace and it has its own SIM card, sometimes it may stop communicating with NextGen.

Solution


The issue might be that the SIM card has dislodged itself and needs to be re-seated.
To resolve this problem: Turn the device off, un-clip the side panel, take the SIM card out, and pop it back in.
After removing and re-inserting the sim-card check if the issue still persist. If the issue still remains and the device is in a good 3G coverage area, please contact Nextgensupport@teletracnavman.com
