The column “Mass A (KG)” has no value set against it in the dashboard?

Problem

There is no mass in the automated mass column on the dashboard



Solution

This column that displays automated mass from scales will only show a value if approved automated scales have a connection to Teletrac Navman hardware. 

This is a requirement for approved OBM conditions (IAP)
