Below is a guide on NextGen Alerts, which advise a user on an event - either by Email, SMS or the NextGen Dashboard (or all)

Please note: that you may not have access to all Alerts, as they are based on your hardware and subscription services.

| Driver & Vehicle Alert Provides notifications on a variety of vehicle and driver events that occur. - Driving with no driver logged on or on Rest Break (incl. extended periods of time) - Vehicle Moving with iFace Turned off (requires IVU or Qube) | iFace and or Telematics Box + Driver logon |
| Driver Management Alert The Driver Management alert provides notifications on upcoming driver schedules from the Driver Management module. | Sentinel and/or Compliance pack subscription |

| Pre-Trip Checklist Alert The Pre-Trip Checklist alert provides notification on failed pre-trip checklists that have been submitted by the driver via the Pre-Trip Checklist application. | iFace + Pretrip checklist or Compliance Pack Subscription |
