I didn’t get an alert for a speed/fatigue event?

Problem

A vehicle was speeding and I did not receive an alert

Solution

There are several reasons why you did not receive an alert.

 

User details incorrect:

  • Have a look at your details by going to Admin>Users - View

 

  • Check the email and mobile number is entered correctly (AU - 614xxxxxxxx)(drop the zero at the start)

 

Alerts set up:

  • Ensure the alert you want to receive is turned on by going to Your name>My Alerts


  • Turn on "Global Settings", then click on "Configure" in relation to the Function/Alert you want to receive. (ie Speed Alert)
  • Select the fleets or individual vehicles you would like to get alerts for, including how you want that Alert delivered.
