How do I download the app?

How big is the app?

The current release version download size is 30.6 MB, install size 41.1 MB 


What is the minimum iOS version I need on my phone?

9.0


Does the app have the same functionality as my web browser?

At the moment, the app does not have all features found in your web-browser. Enhancements will be periodically released upon future updates.


Can I use the app on my iPhone or iPad?

The app is available on all iPhones with iOS 9.0 or higher - iPad is currently not supported.


How do I track my vehicle?

From the Fleets screen, tap on the desired vehicle and it will be shown on the maps screen. From here you can call or message the driver, or perform a Quick Replay of a vehicle.


How do I reset my password?

Resetting your password can only be completed via the web-browser version of NextGen. Please click HERE to change your password.

 

Can I order new equipment with the app?

New orders must be placed with your Teletrac Navman Dealer or Transport Support Consultant.
