My driver is not getting messages?
Problem
Driver is not getting messages sent to his iFace tablet
Solution
Possible reason behind this:
- Driver does not have the iFace tablet turned on.
- Driver is not logged into the iFace. Try sending the message to the vehicle - see How to create/send a message.
- The vehicle is in a bad Telstra 3G Data area.
- The iFace does not have 2 x Bluetooth symbols
