Tracking on the dashboard says "You dont have access to Tracking..."

Problem

“You do not have access to tracking. Please contact management to modify your role, or contact Teletrac Navman or your dealer if your company does not have a tracking subscription”


Solution

This message occurs because:

  • Your user access does not include "tracking". Please contact your NextGen system administrator to have your role upgraded.
  • A tracking subscription has not been added to your account. Call us on 1300 427 123 if you would like tracking added to your account.


Please note: IAP tracking for jurisdictions is separate to "dot on a map tracking"
